Complaints Policy

Section 29(1) of the Education Act 2002 states that the governing body of a maintained school must have a procedure in place for dealing with complaints.

Anyone wishing to make a complaint against the school, should contact the school office - 01226 743041 where paper copies of our complaints policy can be requested.

We aim to deal with any complaint as quickly as possible.
